Raging Black River After Yesterday’s Snowstorm

Today while driving over Rt 81 in Watertown, NY we noticed that the Black River looked pretty wild so we decided to take a closer look. I don’t know if the ferocity of the water has anything to do with the snowstorm the night before but.. regardless.. this is surely a wild view. Enjoy the Video.
